Electric Models

These are top of the line in airsoft and use a motor to power the shot. They require batteries, usually 4 of the AAA type, or some come with rechargeable batteries. They are very popular, especially with advanced hobbyists because they can fire up to a 1000 rounds per minute.

Of all the models of airsoft weapons, the electric are the most durable. They provide quick reloads, and quick shots. They are also very realistic. The AK-47 is one popular model of electric airsoft gun, which has both auto and semi-auto firing capability.
